SHIPPING
In-stock items are sent to you within 24 working hours. If the product is out of stock you will be notified. You will receive a personal email telling you when the order was shipped. We keep shipping prices to a minimum. Canpar and Canada Post are our main carriers, these organizations are respected and cost effective. Costs are calculated by weight and destination and are charged to your credit card as part of the final bill. We charge a small handling fee on each order. If you have any questions please contact us before you make your purchase and we will be happy to explain our procedure.
RETURNS
Returns must be approved and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping both ways. All returns must be sent back immediately in original packaging and in re-sellable condition with an explanation of why they are being returned. Please call us at 1 800 875 9706 before returning.
Because Massage Therapy Supply Outlet offers products at such reasonable prices, we cannot afford to accept returns on items that cannot be resold. For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on Oils, Lotions, Creams, Books, Linens, Videos, CDs and anything already used.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
We package each box securely but damage sometimes occurs during shipping. If a box is obviously damaged, you may refuse the shipment. If you discover the damages after you open the box, please call us immediately and keep the box and all packing materials for inspection.
